Terms of Service
Effective July 30, 2026
These Terms govern use of CreatorFlow 1906. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to any platform terms that apply when you connect or publish through a third-party service such as TikTok.
1. The service
CreatorFlow provides tools for authentic creators to prepare original video content, review account information they authorize, select publishing settings, and send confirmed content to TikTok. CreatorFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and meet the minimum age requirements of TikTok and your jurisdiction. You may connect only an account you own or are expressly authorized to use. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and connected accounts.
3. Your content and responsibilities
- You retain ownership of content you create and upload.
- You must have all rights, permissions, and music licenses needed for the content.
- You must make accurate commercial-content and AI-generated-content disclosures.
- You may not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material.
- You may not use CreatorFlow to copy arbitrary content from other platforms or to operate spam networks.
4. Publishing controls
CreatorFlow does not guarantee that TikTok will accept, process, or publish content. TikTok controls available privacy settings, interaction permissions, duration limits, account eligibility, posting limits, processing times, and final availability. During unaudited testing, TikTok may restrict posts to private visibility and impose additional limits.
5. Acceptable use
You may not bypass platform safeguards, scrape credentials, automate consent, misrepresent the publishing destination, interfere with the service, probe other users’ sessions, or use CreatorFlow in violation of TikTok policies or applicable law.
6. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, respond to platform requirements, or prevent abuse. You may stop using CreatorFlow at any time and disconnect TikTok from the studio.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or approval by TikTok.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, platform enforcement, or content-removal decisions arising from use of the service.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be submitted through the support page.
